The LILY PLAIN HALL offers

two garbage cans (one in main, one in kitchen), recycling can, two outdoor garbage cans - we supply garbage bags, recycling bags, toilet paper, paper towel, floor cleaning soap, dish soap, hand soap, Bunn coffee filters.
kitchen including two stoves, one refrigerator, handwashing sink, 3-step dish washing sink, two large coffee urns, one Bunn coffee maker, large juice jug, small juice jugs, electric kettle and freezer
bar area including beverage fridge, jiggers, water dispenser
large entry way - wheelchair accessible with coat rack area
ladies' two stall washroom & men's one stall and 2 urinals washroom
*A damage deposit of $200 (cash or etransfer only) must be paid in full when the hall key is transferred to the renter. Damage deposit will be returned at the walk through following the rental when the key is returned should there not be any damage to the hall at the authorised official of the hall's discretion. Renters are responsible for any damages that are above the $200 damage deposit.
Please note - To keep our costs down we ask that you sweep, mop, and clean up the hall to the way it was prior to your rental. Garbage must be taken away by renters. You must also bring your own drinking water including water for coffee. We do not supply dish towels, tea towels and utensils.
We do not allow confetti and nails, only green painters tape is acceptable.
